You’ll get hands-on experience managing everything from email marketing and paid social campaigns to wholesale partner events. If you’re obsessed with the details, energized by cross-team collaboration, and genuinely curious about the specialty coffee industry, let’s build something memorable together.

  • Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • Strong written communication skills and and eye for brand-consistent creative.
  • Experience with content calendar and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Notion).
  • A collaborative approach to working across marketing, sales, wholesale, and creative teams.
  • Genuine interest in specialty coffee and Intelligentsia's mission and standards.
  • Willingness to travel locally and support occasional evening or weekend events.
