Growth Marketing Manager
10Pearls - United StatesAbout the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can lead a team while also operating as a strong individual contributor. This is a true player-coach role. You will be responsible for setting direction, developing team members, raising the quality of the work, and ensuring strong execution. At the same time, you will be expected to personally write, edit, develop campaigns, shape messaging, conduct research, and step into important deliverables when needed.
The right candidate is an exceptional writer with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a high degree of initiative. You should be able to understand complex business and technology concepts quickly and turn them into compelling marketing for enterprise audiences. We are not looking for someone who simply manages tasks or waits for detailed direction. We are looking for someone who can take a business priority, understand why it matters, determine the right marketing approach, and lead the work from idea through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketers while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.
- Set a high standard for writing, messaging, campaign strategy, and overall marketing quality, providing clear feedback that strengthens both the work and the team.
- Write and edit content across websites, campaigns, email, social media, thought leadership, case studies, sales materials, and executive communications.
- Translate complex technology and business topics into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise decision-makers.
- Develop marketing narratives that start with the customer problem, business insight, or market opportunity rather than the service or capability.
- Build differentiated points of view around AI, digital transformation, product engineering, data, modernization, and other enterprise technology topics.
- Turn broad business priorities into actionable marketing strategies and campaign plans with limited direction.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns across email, web, organic and paid social, search, content, events, and sales outreach.
- Own growth marketing initiatives designed to increase qualified demand, improve funnel conversion, and contribute to pipeline.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and target segments in close partnership with Sales.
- Build audience and account strategies based on buyer roles, industries, intent, engagement, and business priorities.
- Partner with Sales on account selection, campaign activation, follow-up strategy, and measurement of account progression.
- Use campaign, account, and funnel performance data to improve targeting, messaging, channels, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Test and optimize audiences, offers, landing pages, nurture sequences, CTAs, and channel mix to improve marketing performance.
- Partner with executive leadership, Sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to shape go-to-market messaging and market positioning.
- Improve website and landing-page messaging, content architecture, and conversion paths.
- Support SEO, GEO/AEO, content optimization, and digital demand-generation programs.
- Develop sales enablement materials that help Sales communicate 10Pearls' value and engage priority accounts more effectively.
- Step directly into execution when a campaign, deadline, or high-priority deliverable requires it.

- Able to simplify complex ideas without making them generic or overly technical.
- Strong sense of narrative, structure, tone, and audience.
- Comfortable writing for executives and enterprise decision-makers.

Strong business acumen
- Understands how businesses operate and can connect technology to business outcomes.
- Able to identify the underlying business problem behind a technology initiative.
- Comfortable learning new industries, business models, and enterprise workflows.
- Can connect marketing narratives to outcomes such as revenue growth, efficiency, productivity, customer experience, risk reduction, scalability, and operational improvement.
- Naturally asks, “Why should the customer care?” before developing messaging.
Initiative and ownership
- Proactively identifies opportunities, gaps, and next steps.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Able to take a broad objective and determine the research, strategy, messaging, and execution required.

Player-coach leadership
- Enjoys developing people and improving the quality of a team.
- Comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback.
- Able to delegate effectively without becoming disconnected from the work.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required; degree programs with a strong writing, editorial, or communications focus are preferred.
- Experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, or another complex B2B environment strongly preferred.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring marketers while remaining a hands-on individual contributor.
- Demonstrated experience developing messaging and content for enterprise or executive audiences.
- Strong experience with integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, websites, and marketing analytics.
