Seeking Marketing Performance Maestro

We seek an experienced, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to support the execution of Anatomy IT’s marketing and demand generation strategy. This is an individual contributor role for someone who is creative, data-driven, urgent, and an execution marvel. The ideal candidate is a master at translating an established marketing priority or campaign strategy and producing effective deliverables that contribute to new business or existing client meetings, sales pipeline, and revenue.

The Growth Marketing Manager’s primary responsibilities are delivering effective campaigns and impactful industry events. You will build a full-funnel growth engine from design to launch to optimizing including establishing workflows and measuring results. This role also creates compelling, buyer-relevant content with a storytelling flair and supportive sales enablement materials including capability decks, playbooks, and overview documents. In addition to demand generation progress reports, you'll track new learnings, key findings, and new opportunities. As we build our foundational program and elevate our brand presence, you will be flexible and easily pivot where success yields results. Your excellent follow-up and tactful communications will keep us advancing.

Do you transform strategy into action by managing multiple campaigns, events, and content initiatives simultaneously without missing a beat?

This role will be welcomed into a small but mighty team aligned with incredible cross-functional collaborators including subject matter experts. The Growth Marketing Manager will also work with outside agencies, industry associations, and partner organizations. You will leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, Co-Pilot, Asana, and Microsoft Office to build an integrated program managing timelines, calendars, resources, and deliverables. To stay relevant, you’ll have a solid grasp of the movement and messaging within the industry. The Growth Marketing Manager will identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, you have developed a strong understanding of Anatomy IT’s services, our ICP and healthcare buyer personas, marketing priorities, and revenue objectives. You are actively executing campaigns and programs with the Head of Marketing and have established productive working relationships with Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, and internal subject matter experts.

Over time, success is demonstrated through measurable results including increased lead generation, pipeline growth, increased engagement, and new revenue. Success also includes consistent campaign execution and demand engine, memorable and expanded content, improved enablement, and willingness positive attitude to support the team and business growth.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and enabling sales with dedicated playbooks and supporting materials
  • Experience working with complex business models at MSP, MSSP, technology services, cybersecurity, or SaaS company
  • Strong command of marketing automation tools with 3+ years working in HubSpot directly configuring and executing targeted email marketing with A/B testing including ongoing nurture campaigns, along with building landing pages, and tracking results
  • Excellent inbound marketing execution including digital marketing, events, social media, webinars, and paid initiatives through agencies or organizations
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven to plan and execute successful revenue-generating industry events
  • Technically skilled and able to set up campaigns in CRM and upload leads to track ROI and the client journey, ideally knowledgeable with SFDC integrated with HubSpot
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills comfortable with metrics, attribution, and performance analysis
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business messaging, plus clever and creative in developing memorable campaigns
  • Leverage AI tools but personally validate messaging, content, research, and data captured
  • Naturally curious and gather insights from the field and our clients to influence messaging and programs
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, projects, deadlines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Self-directed operating efficiently as an individual contributor with a small team in a fast-moving environment and collaboratively to drive initiatives to completion
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Located in eastern time zone, preference given to EST and CST
  • Prior experience working for or marketing an MSP or MSSP
  • Healthcare IT, cybersecurity, or healthcare services marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Asana, EOS management
  • ABM experience, content syndication programs
  • Familiarity with healthcare buyer personas, including CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, security leaders, compliance leaders, and practice executives
  • Familiarity with managed IT and cybersecurity services such as managed infrastructure, cloud, MDR, EDR, email security, vulnerability management, security awareness, compliance, and advisory services
  • Experience supporting channel or partner-led marketing programs

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, Service Delivery, Security, and other internal stakeholders to execute marketing programs aligned with Anatomy IT’s growth objectives.

Work Environment

This is a remote role requiring a dedicated workspace. It has periodic travel for internal meetings, healthcare industry events, conferences, partner engagements, and other marketing activities.
