Job Description

Join our Strategy and Operations team as a Growth Marketing and Pricing Manager, where you will drive audience insight and subscription revenue through high-impact funnel and pricing optimisation. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level growth strategies and platform reality, acting as the core execution engine across our digital publishing portfolio.

Please note that we are open to applicants based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Day to day you will:

  • Manage the operational calendar for all onsite sales, pricing changes, and promotional offers.
  • Partner with brand and content, design and copy teams to translate creative concepts into high-performing onsite campaigns.
  • Translate commercial growth concepts into clear, structured product and On-site and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) briefs.
  • Execute portfolio pricing strategies, manage promo codes, and handle price change lifecycles.
  • Audit and continuously iterate onsite customer journey maps to boost user conversions.
  • Report on campaign performance to provide senior leadership with actionable strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, engagement, audience strategy and audience growth teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Lead, CRO Specialist, and technical teams to help shape A/B testing and experimentation, and translate results into actionable growth insights.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience within a commercial, data-driven subscription, eCommerce, or SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of subscription economics, including ARPU, churn, LTV, and yield management.
  • Highly analytical approach with preferred experience or familiarity with tools such as Domo, Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence (or similar platforms).
  • Exceptional ability to transform broad marketing ideas into structured technical workflows.
  • Strong multitasking skills and a calm, systematic approach to handling fast-paced deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities and platform mechanics into clear, business language for non-technical stakeholders.
