Growth Engineer
Affinity LabsAbout Affinity Labs
Affinity Labs is an AI-native venture studio. We co-create, co-own and operate consumer software products with expert creators who already have large, engaged audiences. The creator brings distribution on day one; we bring engineering, growth, and operations.
We build in two-to-four-week cycles on shared internal infrastructure (the Foundry), validate demand with paid tests and waitlists before writing code, and scale the products that show real unit economics.
The role
You will be one of the first dedicated growth hire, working directly with the founders across the whole portfolio. The job is to turn paid acquisition, creative production and funnel testing into a repeatable system that every product can plug into. You'll run the experiments yourself, build the tooling so the next experiment is cheaper than the last, and feed what you learn back into the products.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be in Meta Ads Manager, in the analytics stack, in landing-page code and in creator briefs, often in the same day.
What you'll do
Paid acquisition: Run Meta ad testing and scaling across products. Set the creative test framework, define CAC and ROAS targets per product, and improve trial-to-paid economics so we know when a product is ready for more budget.
Creative production: Build the creator/UGC pipeline. Brief and manage creators, produce variations of winning concepts, and document where AI does the work and where humans do, so the flow is reusable.
Funnels, analytics and tracking: Build and maintain web-funnel experimentation and tracking. Audit SDKs, validate attribution, and own the growth and cost-centre dashboards the team and investors rely on.
Validation infrastructure: Build reusable landing-page, funnel and prototype tooling for pre-build validation. Support pixel setup and research testing methodology, including Meta dataset and account structure.
SEO and competitive research: Own SEO diagnostics, keyword and page strategy, backlinks and multilingual opportunities. Run competitor and ad-library research to inform what we build and how we position it.
Product-growth feedback: Review onboarding and funnels across the portfolio. Bring conversion, messaging and UX observations back to the product team with data behind them.
What we're looking for
- Experience running paid acquisition on Meta with real budget and accountability for CAC, ROAS and payback
- Comfortable enough with (vibe)code to build landing pages, wire up tracking and debug attribution without waiting on an engineer
- Have worked with consumer subscription funnels (mobile or web) and understand trial-to-paid mechanics
- Have briefed and managed creators or UGC producers, and can tell a strong creative from a weak one before spending on it
- Analytical by default: you set up the dashboard before you run the test
- High agency. You spot the gap, build the tool, and ship it without being asked
- Use AI tools as part of how you work, for creative, analysis and code
Nice to have: SEO background, experience across multiple products or brands at once, familiarity with Supabase, RevenueCat or React Native.
