As Global Senior Insights Manager, Brand Excellence, you'll be part of a Centre of Excellence within Global Insights, translating research into meaningful actions that help strengthen the LEGO Group's Masterbrand around the world.

This is a Senior Manager level Individual Contributor role. Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role. We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in our Billund office and 2 days working from home.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Masterbrand strategy and positioning research, from business questions to recommendations.
  • Act as a thought partner on brand strategy, helping shape meaningful business decisions.
  • Create opportunities for transformational action by inspiring new thinking and challenging assumptions.
  • Shape impactful insights programmes that guide brand development decisions.
  • Partner across Global Insights squads, Business Partners, Culture, D&I and Data Platforms teams.
  • Pilot emerging methodologies and bring outside perspectives that strengthen research practices and outcomes.
  • Establish external partnerships, track success measures, and share learning across the wider organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in consumer research, consultancy, agency environments, or corporate insights functions.
  • Strategic thinker, comfortable translating business challenges into clear research journeys and actionable recommendations.
  • Able to collaborate across teams, cultures and time zones while building trusted relationships.
  • Confident presenting complex findings in business-level English with clarity and influence.
  • Comfortable working across global teams and markets, with approximately 20-40 days of travel annually.
  • Thinks broadly, puts audiences at the centre, and brings together diverse inputs into clear recommendations.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with brand strategy, positioning, communications, or brand tracking studies.
  • Curiosity for new research approaches and a playful mindset that helps unlock creativity in others.
