About the Team & Role
The Global CRM team powers personalized, data-led engagement across email, push notifications, and in-product messaging—contributing approximately 10% of total eBay revenue. As the Global Markets Lead – Global Buyer CRM, you will own the strategic vision for how we understand, prioritize, and activate buyers across our most critical international markets and business lines, including Buyer, C2C, Shipping, Incentives, and Financial Services.
Operating at the center of CRM’s AI transformation, you will establish the operational rhythm for how Global Markets CRM operates, learns, and scales! This is a player-coach role—senior enough to operate at an executive level across the business, influential enough to align cross-functional partners around a shared customer agenda, and close enough to the execution to set the quality bar for strategy and content systems.

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$142,000 - C$189,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
