About Whitecliffe

Whitecliffe is a leading independent tertiary institution in New Zealand, renowned for delivering innovative, industry-connected education. With campuses in NZ, Canada, Germany and Australia we pride ourselves on having teaching staff with extensive industry experience who support our graduates to turn creativity into a career.

About the role

We're looking for a technically astute and solutions-focused CRM Systems Specialist to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and help us use data and automation to better connect with current and prospective students.

You'll be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of our CRM platform — configuring, optimising, and integrating systems that enable everything from first enquiry through to enrolment. You'll update and automate the Sales–Admissions lifecycle, build Power BI dashboards that give our teams real insight, and develop the API integrations that keep our platforms talking to each other.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape how one of Aotearoa's most creative institutions connects with its future students.

About you

You bring both the technical depth to configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the collaborative instincts to work alongside marketing, admissions, and operations teams to make sure the system truly serves their needs. You're curious, self-directed, and energised by working in a creative, values-driven environment.

What you will bring

  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring a CRM platform — Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) or equivalent (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to configure Dataverse architecture, business process flows, security roles, and environment governance within Dynamics 365
  • Experience designing and automating end-to-end lifecycle workflows using Power Automate and custom logic
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys, including audience segmentation, trigger-based journeys, and campaign performance tracking
  • Experience developing and maintaining API integrations between CRM platforms and third-party tools
  • Ability to build Power BI dashboards and reporting models to support data-driven decision making
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for form customisation and web integration
  • Experience implementing marketing automation, including lead capture, UTM tracking, and source attribution
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach — with the communication skills to support and train non-technical users
