  • Track and improve email performance across key metrics including deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, MQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline, and campaign attribution.
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization of subject lines, creative, calls to action, landing-page alignment, send timing, workflow logic, and customer journeys.
  • Own email platform health and optimization, including deliverability, database hygiene, consent management, automation governance, and scalable campaign operations.
  • Partner with Digital, Data, and Operations teams to optimize marketing technology integrations, automation workflows, and email platform capabilities to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.
  • Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations that show what is working, what needs adjustment, and where to invest next.
