The Role:
At NEXT, our Always On & Campaign Planning team sits right at the heart of bringing the creative for our UK paid media to life. We are looking for a collaborative, organised Ecommerce Marketing Executive to coordinate the planning and delivery of our UK paid media advertising This role will work closely with trading, paid media, brand marketing, design, and social media teams.
What You’ll Take On:

Deliver Paid Media Creatives: Coordinate and deliver UK paid media creatives across allocated product divisions, ensuring key product messages are promoted at the right time, to the right customers.

Amplify Organic & Creator Content: Amplify authentic creator & influencer content, partnering with PR on paid usage opportunities to seamlessly build these assets into our always on advertising plans.

Direct Season Shoots & Briefs: Set the visual and narrative direction for new season video shoots alongside the organic social team, crafting clear, achievable briefs that elevate brand storytelling and drive commercial success.

Align Divisional Trading: Work closely with divisional trading teams to secure product image nominations, URLs, and key messaging for all ad creatives.

Quality-Assure Assets: Champion creative quality control prior to activation, ensuring all assets meet channel specs and uphold brand best practices.

Translate Performance Insights: Working closely with the paid media team to collate learnings and insights to take forward into future planning of Always On & Campaigns.

Data-Informed Thinking: Comfortable with interpreting performance data at a creative level to understand what drives business success.

Technical Skills & Qualifications: Practical proficiency with G-Suite tools (including Drive, Slides, Sheets, and Gemini), alongside a relevant degree or background in digital marketing or business.
