Based in Monroe, CT, our female-owned company remains a U.S. leader in premium custom framing, trusted by over 1,500 colleges and universities, honor societies, the U.S. Military, and professional associations.

The Role: We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to own reporting and analytics for our ecommerce websites: diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, and militaryframes.com. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you'll support the Ecommerce team with data, data entry, and detailed work across email, paid media, and our websites. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Our busiest seasons are graduation and the holidays, when the pace picks up.

What You'll Do:

Own daily revenue updates and monthly and quarterly Ecommerce KPI reports.

Analyze data from GA4, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and sales reports, and turn the numbers into clear takeaways.

Check A/B tests, promotions, and emails for accuracy before and during launch.

Complete and submit new product forms to set up new products on our websites, and track each launch through our New Product Tracker.

Handle regular manual data entry for product, pricing, and site information with a high level of accuracy.

Use Monday.com to manage tasks, deadlines, and project updates.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
