The Role:

The Director, Paid Growth Marketing will lead our performance marketing team and paid acquisition agencies, while identifying new opportunities for scale within our DTC business. This role plays an integral part in defining and executing our growth strategy owning day-to-day campaign management to continue scaling business growth and new customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own strategic planning and oversee execution of all paid media channels, including paid social, search, display, and affiliate and explore new channels (CTV, audio, direct mail) to drive incremental growth.
  • Manage relationships with partner agencies and vendors, holding them accountable for performance and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
  • Build campaign budgets and media mix strategies that hit ROAS targets, grounded in CAC and LTV trends, and optimize continuously against key KPIs.
  • Partner with our in-house creative strategy team to develop high-performing campaigns, running A/B tests and iterating to improve efficiency.
  • Build, grow, and lead our in-house paid media team, including channel specialists across Paid Social, SEM, and Affiliate.
  • Cultivate a team capable of running full-funnel campaigns across all channels to drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead a rigorous testing and experimentation process across channels, translating results into customer and creative insights that shape future strategy.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandise Planning, and Creative to promote products in ways that maximize new customer acquisition.
  • Work with Ecommerce on conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner cross-functionally within Marketing to uncover growth and viral opportunities across organic channels — social, influencer, community — and through creative assets.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to build reporting frameworks that measure performance and test outcomes.
  • Report on performance regularly, proactively surfacing insights and learnings to the broader team.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices, bringing fresh recommendations to the team.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of in-house hands-on paid media experience (search, paid social, affiliate).
  • 1–2 years of people management experience; a track record of building, motivating, and growing teams is a plus.
  • Ecommerce experience is required, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with additional channels including: TV, radio, OOH, podcasting is a plus.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong command of core digital marketing KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, ROAS.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI or similar BI tool experience is a plus. You bring sharp analytical instincts, strong problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail.
  • You're willing to do individual contributor work alongside strategic leadership — no task is too small.

  • You're technical, analytical, and strategic, and know when to lead with data.
