About Perry Weather

Perry Weather is the weather safety standard for organizations that operate outdoors. We combine on-site weather hardware with a software platform that automates alerts, siren activations, and safety decisions for more than 3,000 organizations — from the PGA of America, the NFL, and MLB to Turner Construction, thousands of school districts, cities, and golf courses. We've grown 80%+ annually for five consecutive years, and are continuing to grow.

We're headquartered in Dallas at The Centrum, in the Oak Lawn neighborhood, where our teams work together every day to help organizations make faster and safer decisions when weather puts people, assets, and operations at risk.

About the Role

Perry Weather is looking for a Director of Content Marketing to lead our content strategy, shape our voice in the market, and turn our expertise into measurable business growth.

You’ll join a driven team of builders committed to protecting hundreds of thousands of people from weather-related risks and helping organizations operate with minimal disruption. You’ll help make Perry Weather the definitive voice in weather safety by connecting our science, technology, and customer stories to the issues our buyers care about most.

This is a hands-on leadership role with high autonomy and high accountability. You’ll set the direction for the content function, build the resources and processes to scale it, and personally help create our most important work. You’ll partner across Sales, Product Marketing, Science, Partnerships, and Creative to tell a unified story that builds credibility, reaches the right audiences, and generates qualified pipeline.

Why This Role Matters at Perry Weather

Perry Weather is at an inflection point. We’re growing 80–100% year over year and expanding into new markets. We need a content leader who can help define how buyers understand weather safety, communicate our evolving story, and build a content function that grows with the business.

Our category has room for a clear, credible voice backed by science and customer evidence. You’ll have the opportunity to establish that voice, shape the team and strategy behind it, and make a measurable impact on Perry Weather’s growth.
