You will dive deep into our organization and the communities we serve to uncover the human stories, technical milestones, and cultural moments that define what we enable, translating them into high-impact, visually stunning multimedia content. If you are a proactive creator who lives at the intersection of strategy and content production, and you know how to make complex industries feel human and exciting - this is your canvas.

- Partner with leadership, engineering, and data center operations teams to transform technical complexity into audience-friendly, compelling stories.
- Launch and scale executive thought-leadership profiles and employee spotlight campaigns that boost recruiting and industry visibility.
2. Cinematic Storytelling & Video Production
- Lead video initiatives from conceptual boarding and scriptwriting through filming, directing, editing, and final delivery.
- Travel to our state-of-the-art campuses, active construction sites, and corporate events to capture raw, authentic footage and photography.
- Put subjects at ease, guiding comfortable, authentic, and insight-driven conversations on camera.
- Produce high-retention short-form clips for social media alongside polished, long-form narratives for brand campaigns and internal culture.
- Keep our digital asset libraries, b-roll footage, and creative resources meticulously organized.
3. Brand Advocacy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure absolute consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across every piece of media produced.
- Work side-by-side with Marketing Managers, recruiting teams, safety coordinators, and external agency partners to ensure storytelling supports overarching business goals.
