Lead influencer relationships, paid partnerships, gifting programs, and ambassador initiatives.
Manage influencer marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Secure media coverage and cultivate relationships with editors, stylists, creators, and industry partners.
Identify and launch strategic brand collaborations and co-branded collections.
Oversee partnership planning, contract management, and cross-functional execution.
Partner with social media and marketing teams on campaign launches and go-to-market strategies.
Lead experiential marketing efforts, including events, activations, brand trips, and product launches.
Manage external vendors, event logistics, guest experiences, and post-event analysis.
Mentor and manage members of the influencer marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
7+ years of influencer marketing, public relations, partnerships, or brand marketing experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
Strong background in fashion, lifestyle, consumer brands, or ecommerce.
Proven success building influencer programs, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and marketing performance metrics.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong project management and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
