Director Content Marketing & Discoverability

The Director, Content Marketing & Discoverability will lead Hilton EMEA's integrated Content Marketing & Discoverability function. The role is accountable for the governance, operational delivery and continuous evolution of Hilton's multilingual content ecosystem across owned digital channels. Leading a multidisciplinary team of multilingual content, localisation and discoverability specialists, the Director will ensure Hilton's content strategy delivers measurable impact through culturally relevant customer experiences, Search/Answer Engine Optimisation (SEO/AEO) and AI-driven discoverability.

As consumer discovery rapidly evolves through AI-powered search and large language models, the Director will lead the transition from a traditional content marketing model to an integrated Content Effectiveness function, where content quality, discoverability and performance are managed as one connected capability.
