Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role is hybrid with a regular need to work onsite in Madison, WI to support organizational priorities. Off hours availability may be required.

As the Director of Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing, you'll lead the development of bold marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, elevate our reputation, and connect patients, employees, providers, and communities to the care that matters most.
You’ll lead a team of brand strategy, creative and media professionals and manage relationships with external marketing partners, including our lead advertising agency.
This role provides enterprise leadership for brand strategy, digital marketing, sports partnerships, consumer insights, and responsible AI adoption in marketing
