Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for measurement and analytics for Digital Marketing. This role helps stakeholders across the organization understand the performance of their digital efforts by building reporting solutions, identifying meaningful insights, and providing recommendations that support business objectives. The position combines digital marketing knowledge with strong analytical and communication skills to turn data into actionable information.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and communicate effectively across functional and agency team members (such as technology teams, departmental, vendors, etc.) to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.
  • Identify and research future marketing and technology needs. Help prioritize needs against business strategy.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for digital marketing best practices.
  • Partner with information technology team and/or vendors to evaluate and advise on the selection, implementation, updating and management of new software.
  • Influence creation and maintenance of operational processes that support delivery of digital marketing solutions. Mentor team members in team processes.
  • Evaluate and advise on the requirements, selection, and updating of new technology for marketing.
  • Problem-solve and use data and feedback to analyze, interpret, conclude and recommend viable solutions base on marketing/communications objectives.
  • Assess marketing campaign insights driven from the taxonomy of website properties, click-through rates of the latest PPC campaign, or marketing trends impacting campaign KPI's.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (with emphasis in digital marketing or marketing technology), Digital Marketing, Informatics, Data Science or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience related experience / in job with transferrable skills
