Examples Of Duties:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing UniWyo Credit Union's digital marketing efforts across multiple online channels. This role manages digital advertising, email marketing, website content, social media execution, digital banking marketing, and marketing automation to increase member engagement, support organizational growth, and strengthen UniWyo's digital presence.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Content & Creative Specialist, Events & Community Engagement Specialist, and internal departments, this position develops and executes data-driven digital campaigns while ensuring a consistent member experience across all digital touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Specialist uses analytics and performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and support UniWyo's mission of Bettering People's Lives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, paid advertising, and digital banking platforms to support organizational goals.
- Manage digital advertising including Google Ads, Meta advertising, StackAdapt, display advertising, and other paid media initiatives while monitoring budgets and campaign performance.
- Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, automated member communications, onboarding journeys, and trigger campaigns.
- Maintain website content, landing pages, forms, and digital member experiences while ensuring content remains accurate, current, and user-friendly.
- Coordinate social media scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement while collaborating on content development and campaign execution.
- Support digital marketing platforms including Banno, SavvyMoney, Geezeo, MeridianLink, Marquis, XbyK, Formstack, and other marketing technologies.
- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, SEO, and digital metrics while providing reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support products, services, community initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and digital content development to ensure brand consistency and member-friendly messaging.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online marketing platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and customer journey development.
- Familiarity with website content management systems, SEO best practices, and user experience principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms.
- Occasional travel to branch locations throughout Wyoming may be required to support marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and organizational events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, email marketing platforms, website content, or social media preferred.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing analytics is preferred.
