Summary
Reporting to the Creative Director, this full-time, exempt role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive member engagement, product adoption, and brand awareness. This role collaborates closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to deliver data-driven campaigns aligned with the credit union’s mission and growth goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
- Design content for digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search, display and website.
- Support product launches and promotions for financial services such as loans, credit cards, and deposit products.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Content & Channel Management
- Execute engaging, member focused digital content in collaboration with the Creative Director
- Manage and update website content and landing pages
- Maintain and optimize social media channels
Performance & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
SEO & Paid Media
- Support SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
- Assist with paid media campaigns including search and display
- Optimize keywords, targeting and ad performance
Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 2 years to 4 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, SEO tools, and CMS platforms required
