Red Badge Group is looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive growth across Red Badge, Code 9 and RISQ.
This is not a traditional marketing support role. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing contributes to revenue growth and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.
You will play a key role in generating leads, improving website performance, supporting sales activity, optimising our sales tool HubSpot, and executing digital marketing activity that creates real commercial impact. You will own portions of the marketing budget and be accountable for delivering and reporting on ROI.
This role reports to and works closely with our Communications and Bids Manager, taking ownership of digital execution, lead generation systems and marketing performance. You will also work closely with our GM Sales and Marketing, generating initiatives, providing advice and reporting on marketing’s overall impact on sales.

The Opportunity
This role sits close to the center of our growth strategy. You will help drive marketing-generated leads, improve digital performance and ensure our sales teams have the tools, systems and insights they need to succeed.
Working across our three brands of Red Badge, Code 9, and RISQ Australasia, you will take ownership of key digital platforms, help optimise our websites and landing pages, support digital activity across each brand and provide meaningful reporting that helps the business understand what is working and where we should invest next.
What You Will Do
• Drive lead generation initiatives across multiple digital channels.
• Own and optimise HubSpot from a sales and marketing perspective, including designing lead-generation processes and flows and training BDMs on best practice.
• Support delivery and optimisation of Google Ads activity with specialist partners.
• Build and maintain landing pages and campaign assets.
• Coordinate content development and deployment across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Support sector-focused marketing activity and improve how priority markets are targeted.
• Monitor and improve website performance and customer experience.
• Drive SEO improvements and retargeting and nurture activity to increase digital visibility, lead quality and conversion.
• Produce meaningful marketing and funnel performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion and marketing ROI.
• Support the sales team with presentations, collateral and marketing assets.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives successfully.
About You
You are detail orientated, practical, commercially minded and confident taking ownership of marketing execution. You enjoy working across a variety of priorities, measuring results and finding ways to improve performance. What You Will Bring
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, campaign management or lead generation.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages and digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing platform is required.
• Practical design capability and creative flair, with confidence creating and updating branded assets for digital campaigns, social media and marketing collateral.
• Confidence interpreting marketing data and making practical recommendations.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging content• Strong stakeholder management.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• A commercial mindset and confidence working alongside sales teams.
