The Mission
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at AdPro, you own the paid media strategy and client relationship for a portfolio of accounts — Google Ads and Meta Ads are the core of the role, backed up by SEO strategy, email, and reporting. You're the person a client calls when they want to know what's working, what's next, and why.
This is not a growth-track, execution-only seat. You'll be trusted with client relationships and campaign strategy from day one, working alongside senior strategists rather than under them. You'll partner closely with our in-house developer on anything website-related, so your focus stays on strategy and performance rather than backend build work. For the right candidate with strong instincts and client presence, this role is a direct path toward a senior/lead strategist position.
You will support a diverse portfolio of brands, including the Colorado State Fair, UCHealth Next Chapter, and Phil Long Dealerships. This is the seat for a marketer who's sharp with paid media, comfortable presenting results directly to clients, and confident in SEO and content to guide strategy without needing to implement every technical fix.

How Your Week Flows
You start by reviewing dashboards and pacing to confirm tracking is clean and priorities are clear before client conversations begin. Mid-morning often includes a client check-in where you walk through outcomes, explain what changed, and align on the next test to run. Between calls, you’ll shift into focused work blocks—refining messaging angles, drafting or tightening content for a page or email, and documenting decisions so accounts stay organized.
Later, you’ll sync with the in-house developer to clarify scope and timing for site or landing-page updates, then QA changes against analytics and conversion paths. To close out the day, you consolidate insights into concise notes for monthly reporting and flag opportunities or risks early so clients stay informed and confident.
