  • Help to develop content calendars aligned with leasing goals, seasonal campaigns, and property events.
  • Publish content across Instagram and Facebook along with any emerging platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance and adjust content strategy based on engagement and analytics.

Content Creation

  • Guide onsite teams on quality content creation and provide individual support and feedback
  • Write compelling captions and calls-to-action that reflect each property's unique personality while maintaining CLS Living brand standards.
  • Stay current on social media trends and proactively incorporate new formats, audio, and creative ideas.

Community Engagement & Reputation

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews while partnering with General Managers to address resident concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Create reputation reports and provide recommendations for improving online sentiment.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive awareness, tours, and lease conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on results.

Marketing Support

  • Review and provide feedback on content submitted by property teams to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Support property teams with social media best practices, campaign ideas, and content planning.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for Social Media Coordinators and new communities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media growth, engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
  • Present insights that help improve content strategy and leasing outcomes.

  • Travel to communities as needed for content creation, property visits, team training, and company meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing — preferably in a multi-property, multi-location, or property management environment.
  • Expertise in social media content strategy and paid advertising (including TikTok Ads).
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong grasp of social media best practices, platforms, and trends.
  • Expert in content creation and providing feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Experience with platforms such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, SoCi, Birdeye, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting.
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate marketing a plus.

Who You Are
