- Partner with our external SEO agency to turn technical recommendations into practical on-site improvements, including metadata, content optimisation, internal linking and keyword-led page enhancements.
- Conduct keyword research to shape website optimisation, category and page improvements, and organic content opportunities, then brief copywriters with clear direction on keywords, search intent and purpose.
- Own email marketing end-to-end, from EDM planning, creation, testing and deployment through to automated journeys, optimisation and performance analysis that drive engagement, retention, repeat purchase and sales growth.
- Use website, SEO and email performance data to uncover trends, explain what happened and why, and recommend clear actions to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, agencies and service providers to bring digital marketing initiatives to life and keep them aligned with business objectives.
- Support key trading periods, campaigns, product launches and promotions across owned and organic channels, continuously refining activity to improve customer experience, sales and overall channel performance.
- These duties and responsibilities are designed to give you a sense of what this role entails, but they are not exhaustive. You may be asked to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications

- Strong eCommerce experience using Shopify or similar platforms, with an understanding of site structure, content, merchandising, online customer journeys, website optimisation, conversion opportunities and digital sales performance.
- Execution-focused self contributor with a sense of urgency, passion for results, and proven ability to manage end-to-end initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation and measurement.
- Demonstrated track record of driving results through effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines.
- Proficient in SEO, including keyword research, on-page and content optimisation, metadata and internal linking, with experience working with external SEO agencies and briefing copywriters or content partners on SEO-led content using clear keyword direction, search intent and content guidance.
- Strong email marketing experience, with the ability to own the channel end-to-end across EDM creation, email flows, automated journeys, segmentation, testing and performance optimisation, using data to improve engagement, retention and sales outcomes.
- Highly skilled in data analysis, using platforms such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Power BI, email marketing platforms or similar tools to draw clear insights and actions from website, SEO, email and customer performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, performance results and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Commercially minded and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while prioritising activity that drives revenue growth and customer engagement.
- This is not a paid advertising or social media role. Paid media experience may be beneficial, but it is not the primary focus of this position.
