Role Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, content, and email channels that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives.

The Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals across social media, content, and email channels.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Plan, write, and produce content for blogs, web pages, and marketing campaigns that support search and brand objectives.
• Build, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional communications.
• Manage list segmentation, deliverability, and compliance for all email communications.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics across channels and adjust strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns and budgets across paid social media platforms and other related channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive, cross-channel campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to maintain brand competitiveness.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to stakeholders.

Role Qualifications

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics.
• Experience with content management systems and campaign reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Please note that this is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
