As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support retail finance business objectives. What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize CRM customer journeys, email marketing campaigns, SMS communications, and marketing automation workflows.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid digital channels to support retail finance business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Yamaha Financial Services' digital properties, including website content, user experience (UI/UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and overall website performance.
- Leverage audience segmentation, behavioral insights, and customer data to deliver targeted messaging and personalized digital experiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, engagement, conversion, and overall digital experience.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and related integrations.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, technology partners, and external agencies to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal business partners across Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other departments to support strategic digital initiatives.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with corporate brand standards as well as applicable federal and state regulations by partnering closely with Yamaha Financial Services Legal and Compliance teams.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and customer journey solutions, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Experience managing website content through content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with website analytics and reporting platforms, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, CRM, SEO, paid media, website optimization, and user experience (UI/UX).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into effective tactical execution while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
