Digital Marketing

Creative storyteller. Technical builder. Growth engine.

Can you cut a scroll-stopping Reel in the morning, debug a Google Tag Manager trigger after lunch, and walk leadership through a marketing dashboard before the day ends? Then we want to meet you.

My Senior Health Plan is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital growth from first click to booked appointment. You'll run paid campaigns, produce video, manage our marketing tech stack, and prove what's working with real data. Your work will help seniors and their families find the Medicare guidance they need.

About My Senior Health Plan

My Senior Health Plan helps people navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence. From one-on-one guidance to our in-person Medicare 101 events at our La Jolla, CA event center, we meet people where they are and make a confusing system feel simple.

In this role you'll sit at the center of that mission, connecting Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations so every campaign is measurable, scalable, and tied to real outcomes.

What you'll do

No two days look the same. Here's where you'll make your mark:

  • Launch campaigns that convert. Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, SMS, display, and retargeting. Manage budgets, grow MQLs and SQLs, and push ROI and ROAS higher.
  • Create video people actually watch. Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Shorts, testimonials, educational pieces, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content. Add graphics, captions, and motion that stop the scroll, then tune each piece to its platform.
  • Grow our social presence. Build and schedule social-first content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Spot trends early and turn them into engagement and leads.
  • Run the marketing tech stack. Administer HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity. Build nurture sequences, lead scoring, and segmentation, and keep CRM data clean.
  • Turn our website into a conversion machine. Maintain the site and landing pages in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A/B test pages, forms, ads, and CTAs, and keep everything fast and mobile-friendly.
  • Make the data tell the story. Build KPI dashboards in HubSpot or Power BI. Track traffic, cost per lead, acquisition cost, conversion, and engagement, then turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Keep tracking airtight. Implement and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Conversion APIs, call tracking, and UTM standards. Use APIs and webhooks to connect systems and automate the busywork.
  • Win in search. Run technical and on-page SEO audits, optimize structure, speed, metadata, and schema, and partner on SEO-driven content.

What you bring

You have the eye of a content creator and the brain of a marketing operations pro, and you use both to drive measurable growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning ideas into campaigns that generate leads, engagement, and revenue.

Must-haves

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, including managing paid ad campaigns
  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing technology administration
  • Professional video editing and content creation experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Hands-on skill with HubSpot administration, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Comfort with video editing software, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience counts

Bonus points

  • WordPress, HTML/CSS, or API integrations
  • Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, SQL fundamentals, or Python for marketing analytics
  • Adobe After Effects and advanced motion graphics
  • Premiere Pro, CapCut, Camtasia, or Final Cut Pro in your toolkit

How you'll measure success: MQLs, cost per lead, ROAS, website and organic traffic growth, social and video engagement, landing page and lead-to-customer conversion, and email and automation performance.

Why you'll love it here

  • Work that matters. Every campaign helps someone make a confident decision about their health coverage.
  • Real ownership. You'll shape strategy, not just execute it, with a direct line to leadership.
  • Creative and technical range. Shoot video at a live event one day, build an automation the next. You'll never be boxed in.
  • Room to grow. Your work sits at the crossroads of Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations.
