Connect technology, customer journeys, and revenue growth. Own the performance of RefrigiWear's websites, connected applications, analytics, and marketing technology while leading the systems and people that support our B2B and direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels.

The Opportunity

RefrigiWear is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead the technology, reporting, and operational foundation behind our digital customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will own website and marketing-platform performance, improve customer journeys, translate analytics into action, manage technology investments, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists.

The ideal candidate understands how technology strengthens marketing, sales, and e-commerce performance and can connect platform functionality to customer behavior and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Own

  • Website and platform performance - Own the functionality, uptime, and performance of company websites, connected applications, and other marketing technology platforms.
  • E-commerce operations - Support revenue growth and healthy performance across multiple B2B and direct-to-consumer websites and online channels.
  • Technology roadmap - Lead the evaluation, planning, scheduling, deployment, execution, and maintenance of website functionality and marketing technology.
  • Systems integration - Serve as the primary liaison and, when needed, project manager for integrations between major marketing platforms and other company systems and processes.
  • Digital customer journeys - Own and improve the digital experience from customer acquisition through conversion, retention, and ongoing engagement.
  • Reporting and analytics - Lead the collection, analysis, and communication of performance data across websites, applications, and third-party platforms.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, digital performance, and revenue growth.
  • Align digital touchpoints with how, when, and where customers are acquired and measure success throughout the journey.
  • Implement personalization and segmentation across website and email platforms.
  • Own major digital KPIs and related metrics, including conversion rate, cart size, returns, and overall customer experience.
  • Lead Google Analytics, platform reporting, and ad hoc analysis while serving as the primary contact for digital marketing reporting needs.
  • Clearly communicate platform capabilities, limitations, and opportunities to internal teams and customers when needed.

How You'll Lead

  • Own the digital technology budget from planning through ongoing monitoring to maximize value and prevent overspending.
  • Manage digital marketing specialists, including scheduling, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and searches for new talent when needed.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to support timely, on-budget delivery and positive business results.
  • Collaborate across Marketing and other departments on projects ranging from daily enhancements to major platform initiatives.
  • Stay adaptable as e-commerce and marketing technology evolve, evaluating new tools based on business value rather than novelty.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers experience reliable, intuitive, and consistent journeys across B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Website and marketing platforms remain stable, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Clear KPIs, useful reporting, personalization, segmentation, and automation drive actionable improvements in engagement and revenue.
  • Technology investments, vendors, and projects are managed responsibly and delivered on budget.
  • The digital marketing team operates with clear priorities, accountability, and strong cross-functional partnership.

What You Bring

  • Five to ten years of digital marketing experience with a strong command of core digital marketing principles.
  • Three to five years of hands-on BigCommerce or Shopify experience; BigCommerce and the BigCommerce B2B application or module are preferred.
  • At least five years managing e-commerce websites generating $10 million or more annually and supporting more than 500 product variations.
  • At least two years of experience with API data flows that synchronize cross-channel marketing data.
  • Expert knowledge of website technologies, HTML and CSS, content management systems, and marketing-automation tools such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Justuno.
  • Three to five years of experience with Google Analytics, GA4, or a similar analytics platform.
  • At least one year managing budgets and, ideally, one to three direct reports supporting digital marketing and websites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; coursework in digital media, web design, or computer programming is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel reporting skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret data and recommend action.
  • Experience supporting B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences, with strong communication, project management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on knowledge of day-to-day e-commerce operations and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.
