About the
Role
We’re looking
for a strategic, hands-on SEM Manager to join our internal
marketing team and drive growth for our three in-house brands
(PostcardMania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail). This role
is not client-facing. You’ll focus exclusively on building,
optimizing, and scaling paid and organic search and paid social programs that
support our company’s own marketing goals.

What You’ll
Do
· Own
and manage Search Engine Marketing across our three internal
brands
· Develop
and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and
conversion rates
· Plan,
launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads,
Microsoft Ads, and related platforms
· Manage
and scale paid social advertising across platforms such as
Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as needed
· Conduct
keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization
· Collaborate
with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and
landing pages
· Monitor
budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
· Track,
analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards
· Stay
current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
What We’re
Looking For
· 3+
years of experience in SEM, SEO, and paid media management
· Proven
success managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable
results
· Strong
understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization
· Experience
with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads
Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
· Analytical
mindset with the ability to translate data into action
· Comfortable
managing multiple brands simultaneously
· Self-starter
who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment
Nice to
Have
· Experience
marketing B2B services or SaaS
· Familiarity
with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
· Agency
or in-house marketing experience (or both)
