Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager, Campaigns is responsible for leading integrated go-to-market campaign strategy, planning, orchestration, and optimization across multiple business units, audiences, and digital channels. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, sales, brand, digital, analytics, content and agency partners to develop scalable marketing programs that align business objectives, pipeline growth, customer engagement and revenue outcomes.

This position serves as a strategic marketing leader within the digital marketing COE, driving campaign execution excellence, operational consistency, KPI measurement, and continuous optimization across initiatives. The role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage complex integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of integrated go-to-market campaign strategies aligned to business priorities, customer journey, and revenue objectives
  • Partner with business unit stakeholders, sales, brand, analytics, content, digital and agency teams to develop scalable campaign plans, messaging strategies, audience approaches, and activation roadmaps
  • Own campaign orchestration across channel including paid media, email, web, content, organic, nurture, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Translate business goals and funnel targets into measurable KPIs, campaign performance frameworks, and optimization strategies
  • Analyze campaign, engagement, and funnel performance data to identify insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies, process improvements, and scalable best practices across campaign development and execution
  • Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, customer behaviors, digital marketing innovation, and emerging best practices to support future growth initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, paid media management or go-to-market strategy roles
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously and react flexibly to changes that may occur
  • A bias towards a collaborative work culture with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a team setting
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar
