The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and communication of promotions and partnerships across all Cosentino’s Food Store (CFS) locations. This role supports the strategic goals established by the Cosentino’s Director of Marketing and the ownership group. The Marketing Manager coordinates both internal and external brand initiatives, collaborating with store owners, agency partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders. A key focus is maintaining clear, consistent communication of promotional activities to ownership groups and store teams, reinforcing the strength and visibility of the CFS brand.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Proficient with current technology platforms and tools
- Valid driver’s license (for travel as needed)
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute digital and social media strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility
- Plan, create, and manage content for deployment across various marketing channels
- Oversee daily collaboration with external agencies and strategic partners
- Act as liaison for partners and community groups, ensuring effective communication and agreement execution
- Provide data and reporting support to CFS leadership
- Identify and pursue new marketing and partnership opportunities
- Analyze promotional campaign effectiveness and identify sales drivers
- Organize and lead CFS team events
- Collaborate with product teams on growth strategy initiatives
- Communicate merchandising standards to drive in-store sales performance
- Support marketing strategies with merchandising and implementation plans
- Coordinate promotional events across CFS retail locations
- Manage all communications related to promotional activity
Employee Relations Responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR matters in a professional and timely manner
- Mediate conflict resolution with objectivity and integrity
- Support the broader team by completing tasks assigned by management, helping other departments as needed, and developing new skills
Physical Requirements
