We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager opportunity in the Medford, MA area.

Position Summary

This is a new, permanent Digital Marketing Manager position responsible for taking ownership of the organization’s digital marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on subject matter expert who can build the strategy, execute campaigns, manage digital channels, analyze performance, and establish processes for long-term growth.

The role will oversee:

• Website strategy, management, and optimization
• SEO and paid search/PPC
• Social media
• Email marketing
• Content development
• Lead-generation campaigns
• Landing pages and conversion optimization
• Digital analytics and reporting
• Marketing automation
• External marketing vendor/agency relationships

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations to improve lead quality, conversion, campaign performance, and marketing-generated pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through integrated digital campaigns.
• Manage website strategy, traffic, optimization, landing pages, and conversion performance.
• Oversee SEO initiatives and manage outside SEO partners.
• Develop and manage PPC and Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and digital content strategy.
• Develop blogs, videos, case studies, white papers, and customer success content.
• Execute industry-focused campaigns across Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Industrial markets.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to leverage Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.
• Track campaign performance, website analytics, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Manage relationships with outside marketing vendors and agencies.
• Take ownership of the entire digital marketing process rather than simply coordinating activities or vendors.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or BS in Business Admin 7–10 years of strong hands-on experience.
• Strong B2B marketing background; primarily consumer marketing experience is not preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution.
• Experience managing websites and analyzing website traffic and performance.
• Hands-on experience with social media and email campaigns.
• Experience developing content and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven lead-generation experience.
• Experience with paid advertising, particularly Google Ads.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including experience managing outside SEO partners.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to determine what is and isn't working.
• Experience managing external marketing vendors/agencies.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who has personally owned digital marketing execution in a B2B environment. We are looking for a true subject matter expert who can establish the digital marketing function and strategy not someone whose background is primarily coordinating vendors or supporting consumer/social-media marketing.

The strongest candidate will be able to independently manage the full process, from strategy and campaign development through execution, analytics, optimization, lead generation, and reporting.

Experience in commercial services, construction, industrial, or facility management would be a plus.
