Position Summary:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and performance marketing — you'll be the hands-on builder turning brand strategy into high-performing assets for Email Marketing and Paid Media. You'll work daily within the Digital Marketing team while partnering closely with Brand Marketing to ensure every asset you produce is both on-brand and optimized to convert.

This is a "maker" role: you're not just briefing a designer — you are the designer/producer for performance channels, with a particular focus on Email Marketing. You'll create assets and ad variants, then use performance data to iterate quickly and improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production for Email Marketing and Paid Media

  • Generate on-brand email templates and visual assets for promotional email campaigns, then build those emails directly in an ESP
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing and mobile push campaigns: planning, creation, segmentation, QA, scheduling, and analysis
  • Ensure all copy aligns with each email’s creative direction
  • Manage the promotional calendar and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Revenue Management and Sales) to align promotions with company objectives
  • Design and produce static and animated assets for paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns (Google, Meta, Display Ads, etc.)
  • Adapt and resize creative across formats, aspect ratios, and platform specs (stories, feeds, in-app, responsive email)
  • Write or refine supporting ad copy, subject lines, and CTAs in partnership with copywriters/Brand Marketing

Performance & Optimization

  • Launch creative A/B and multivariate tests across paid and email channels to identify top-performing concepts
  • Own creative-level performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA/ROAS) and translate data into actionable creative iterations
  • Develop and maintain a rolling test-and-learn calendar to combat creative fatigue and keep campaigns fresh

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing, translating brand guidelines, campaign themes, and visual identity into performance-ready assets
  • Manage asset requests, timelines, and feedback loops with both teams to keep production moving on schedule
  • Maintain and organize a shared creative asset library/versioning system

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience generating creative assets for digital marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.), as well as emerging creative AI tools
  • Experience building and deploying emails in an ESP, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud; basic HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Working knowledge of ad platform creative specs (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance metrics and how creative decisions impact Open Rates, CTR, CVR, and CPA/ROAS
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency, balanced with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent asset requests/deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally between commercial teams
