Position Purpose:
The Salvation Army Thrift Store National Recycling Operations is part of the largest non-governmental direct provider of social services in Canada. We are the only national division within The Salvation Army, as well as one of Canada’s largest textile collectors and a leader in textile diversion in the charitable sector. Through our Thrift Stores we offer savings on new and gently used clothing and household items while supporting Salvation Army programs, services, and emergency relief efforts.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of The Salvation Army Thrift Store’s national digital marketing efforts. This role contributes to engaging online experiences across social media, email marketing, and web platforms, helping to strengthen brand presence, grow audiences, and support campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing & Communications team, the Coordinator ensures digital content and platforms are well-managed, compliant, data-informed, and aligned with organizational objectives and mission.

The target hiring range for this position is $50,897.60 to $63,627.20 with a maximum of $76,356.80.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
