About Junapr

Junapr is a Vermont-based public relations and integrated communications agency. We help brands and organizations earn attention that matters — pairing sharp strategy with the media relationships and storytelling that turn ideas into coverage, credibility, and growth. We are a fast-moving, close-knit team that values collaboration, curiosity, and consistently exceeding client expectations. This is a place to build a career, not just a job.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you are the execution engine behind Junapr’s digital work. You will run our clients’ affiliate programs day to day, build and publish social content, and produce email campaigns for a portfolio of consumer brands you already know from the grocery aisle.

This is a hands-on, in-the-platforms role. You will spend your days in impact.com, in social schedulers, and in email builders — owning the details that make campaigns actually perform, and the reporting that proves it.

You report to our Digital Strategist and work alongside PR account teams across the agency. Affiliate strategy is set by our CEO and Digital Strategist today — your job is to execute it exceptionally well, bring us ideas, and grow into owning more of it over time.

What You’ll Do

Affiliate Program Execution

  • Run day-to-day operations of client affiliate programs in impact.com — partner applications, tracking links, creative and asset libraries, commission terms, and platform hygiene.
  • Recruit and onboard affiliate partners: publishers, content creators, newsletter operators, and cashback and coupon networks.
  • Write and send affiliate partner communications — program newsletters, campaign briefs, seasonal creative refreshes, and content kits.
  • Coordinate with PR account teams so affiliate campaigns line up with what we are pitching, and so earned placements carry affiliate links wherever it is appropriate.
  • Track and report program performance: clicks, conversions, attributed revenue, commission cost, and partner-level return.
  • Keep programs clean and compliant — FTC disclosure standards, brand guidelines, and client-approved terms.

Social Media Execution

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Draft on-brand short-form copy and assemble creative in Canva, working from client brand guidelines.
  • Schedule, publish, and handle community management — comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Support paid social and boosting: build audiences, launch campaigns, and monitor spend against budget.
  • Pull analytics and build the monthly client reports, with a point of view on what changed and why.

Email Marketing

  • Build, test, and deploy client email campaigns and newsletters end to end.
  • Manage lists and segmentation, and keep an eye on deliverability fundamentals.
  • Run subject line and CTA tests, and report on opens, clicks, and conversions.

Reporting & Operations

  • Track your time accurately in Harvest and keep your work current in Forecast — this is how we protect client budgets and your own workload.
  • Build and maintain recurring reporting so clients see results without having to ask.
  • Document what you build. We want the next person to be able to pick up your program and run it.

Professional Development

  • We invest in your growth. Junapr is committed to our people — you will have real support for professional development throughout your career here.
  • You take ownership of your learning. We look for curious, self-directed people who stay ahead of platform changes and keep a sharp, current read on the digital landscape.

What You Bring

Required

  • Hands-on digital marketing experience. One to three years running real work — agency, brand, in-house, or a serious internship track. We care what you have actually shipped, not where you shipped it.
  • Platform fluency. You have personally run social accounts, built and sent email campaigns, or managed an affiliate or partnership program — and you can walk us through the work.
  • Strong, clean writing. Especially short-form. You can write a caption, a partner pitch, and a subject line that all sound like the brand and not like a template.
  • Comfort with numbers. You can read a performance report, spot what moved, and explain in plain language why it matters and what you would do next.
  • Meticulous organization. You will hold details across several accounts at once. Nothing should fall through.
  • Based in Vermont for a hybrid schedule.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with an affiliate platform — impact.com, ShareASale, Rakuten, Awin, or Levanta.
  • Experience with an email platform — HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
  • Social management and scheduling tools — Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite.
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite basics.
  • CPG, food and beverage, or DTC brand experience.
  • Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate and influencer content.

You do not need every tool on the "nice to have" list. If you have run two of these three channels well and you are genuinely quick to learn platforms, we will teach you the third.

Attributes for Success

  • Detail-obsessed, with a bias toward finishing things
  • Curious about why numbers moved, not just what they are
  • Organized and dependable while managing multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable asking questions early rather than guessing quietly
  • Resilient, adaptable, and accountable in a fast-paced agency setting
  • Genuinely collaborative — invested in teammates’ wins as much as your own

Where This Role Goes

This is the entry point into Junapr’s digital practice, and it is built to grow. As you gain platform mastery and account confidence, the path runs toward Digital Marketing Specialist — and toward owning affiliate strategy for your own accounts rather than executing someone else’s. We would rather promote you than replace you.

Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid role based at our offices in Burlington, Vermont
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work aligned with client launches, campaigns, and time-sensitive moments
  • Some travel may be required

Compensation & Benefits

Junapr offers competitive compensation and a benefits package, along with a supportive, growth-oriented culture and a clear path for advancement. We are happy to discuss specifics with you during the interview process.

Our Culture

Our core values guide not just our work — but how we work together. As a vital part of Junapr, you will:

  • Contribute to a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and exceeding client expectations
  • Provide support to colleagues across roles
  • Lead with honesty, empathy, and kindness
  • Look for opportunities to learn, grow, and share new skills that benefit you, the team, and our clients
  • Celebrate your own wins — and those of your teammates — often and authentically

Junapr is a client service business, and like most agencies, we move fast. You may be asked to support tasks outside this description — flexibility, judgment, and teamwork are essential.
