Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 2-3 years of digital marketing experience who enjoys working across websites, campaigns, content, and digital channels.

You will play an important role in executing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working closely with senior stakeholders, marketing teams, the central digital marketing team, and external agencies, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns while ensuring our digital presence is engaging, accurate, and optimized.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Website & Landing Page Management

  • Create, update, and optimise landing pages using HubSpot.
  • Support SEO best practices through page optimisation and content updates.

Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with the central digital marketing team and external agencies to support Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.

Content & Creative

  • Support the creation and publishing of marketing content across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop creative assets for paid media campaigns, email marketing, websites, and social media.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand standards.

Social media management

  • Support social media strategy and creative development for social media and paid ads
  • Support the marketing team on improving local search visibility for Google business profile, through regular posts relevant to students, adding keywords, and responding to reviews.
  • Doing competitor research to ensure we remain competitive at all times.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to execute local marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with the central digital marketing team to implement best practices and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to ensure campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the central and global marketing team to align on messaging, brand standards, and best practices

Person Specifications

Legal status

  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Clear background or criminal record check

Experience and knowledge

  • 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies. (Desirable)

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience using HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation/CMS platform).
  • Experience creating landing pages and reviewing website content with SEO inputs
  • Understanding of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with marketing reporting tools and dashboards. Comfortable analyzing data and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). (Desirable)
  • Understanding of SEO principles. (Desirable)
