Act as the primary point of contact for our external agency. Review their weekly/monthly reports, challenge their assumptions, and ensure they are prioritizing the highest-impact activities
Drive Return on Ad Spend through Google Shopping, Retargeting, and Social Media campaigns
Focus on Lead Generation and “Authority Building” through LinkedIn and technical Search keywords
Maintain a “Master Dashboard” that equates marketing spend to actual revenue or lead value across all divisions
Gradually take over day-to-day execution of Google Ads, Social Media posting, and SEO updates as you master our specific industry niches
Ensure all digital copy and creative assets product by the agency align with the specific technical standards of our different divisions
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics, or similar field
Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite
You enjoy “the hunt” in the data - finding out why a campaign failed and how to pivot
Ability to explain our complex digital metrics to stakeholders who care about the bottom line, not “vanity metrics” like likes or impressions
