What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Someone with website maintenance and development skills. Someone to monitor and maintain the online reputation of Bank and to work with the marketing team and creative designer to envision and execute creative concepts both in design and public relations to support the marketing efforts of the Bank and its subsidiaries.

What would make you a great fit:

  • You have proven working experience in digital marketing, including demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • You are highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • You have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HotJar, etc.).
  • You have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, and you possess working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • You know and understand the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience of RCBbank.bank.
  • Support the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of online and mobile banking (Q2) marketing campaigns, while assisting with digital banking platform enhancements and system updates.
  • Monitor and review all social media, business listings and company mentions on the internet.
  • Develop product campaigns as new products are developed.
  • Assist in maintaining bank-wide brand/image of RCB Bank in all markets and regularly interface with branches and all areas of Bank. Branch community liaison (shared by all in department).

What you must have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Website and digital advertising experience
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Organizational/project management experience in a team setting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional digital marketing or social media experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional website development/maintenance experience

What might set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Previous banking experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and SQL
