Job Description

Frette, the leading provider of luxury linens to the finest hotels and homes worldwide, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Frette’s digital marketing initiatives across E-Commerce, Hospitality, and Retail. This role reports directly into the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and works closely cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across E-Commerce, Hospitality, and Retail.
  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling and execution of Email and SMS campaigns, ensuring campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and launched on time.
  • Support the Social Media Manager to develop and maintain integrated content, Email, SMS, and social calendars.
  • Developing campaign messaging and content based on seasonal priorities, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with Graphic Design to brief, coordinate, and manage creative assets for Email, SMS, paid media, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of creative assets and campaign materials across Marketing, E-Commerce, and external partners.
  • Monitor and develop reports for Email, SMS and paid media performance, tracking key Digital Marketing KPIs and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain UTM tracking codes for internally managed marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the CRM team to monitor Email and SMS customer databases, list growth, engagement, and deliverability.
  • Assist with campaign setup, testing, QA, and troubleshooting across digital marketing platforms.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity, digital marketing trends, and relevant industry and technology developments.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, or a related field; experience within luxury, fashion, home, or lifestyle is highly preferred.
  • Experience with or exposure to marketing automation, CRM, or Email such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud platforms is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data and using performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Familiarity with Email and SMS marketing platforms and an understanding of Email/SMS best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or a similar analytics platform.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency utilizing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing creative, copy, links, tracking, and campaign setup.
  • Resourceful, collaborative, curious, and a creative problem-solver.
