Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to join our marketing team and support our multi-site dermatology organization. In this execution-focused role, you will assist with day-to-day digital marketing tasks, contribute directly to an upcoming website rollout, and apply AI tools to make our processes smarter and faster. Working closely with both the marketing team and our IT/AI department, you will help build AI workflows for reporting and data analysis while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Support: Execute daily campaign tasks across SEO/GEO and paid search to drive brand awareness and increase patient visits across all locations.

Website Rollout Assistance: Support the website rollout project by updating content, testing user flows, implementing local SEO best practices, and ensuring accurate location information across our digital touchpoints.

AI & Workflow Execution: Apply learned AI techniques to streamline marketing tasks and collaborate with the IT/AI team to build and run AI-assisted processes for organizational data collection and reporting.

Data Gathering & Reporting: Pull, organize and automate performance data from Google Analytics and ad platforms to help generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership.

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, AI, or related field.

Certification: AI certification required (e.g., Google AI, HubSpot AI, IBM, or equivalent).

Experience: 0–2 years of experience or strong internship background in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

Technical Familiarity: Exposure to website management tools (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.), Google Analytics, basic SEO concepts, and generative AI platforms.

Skillset: Strong attention to detail, comfort working with data spreadsheets, and eagerness to learn new technical tools quickly.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with a team-first mindset.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
