Digital Content Creator at the Redmond location

The Digital Content Creator at the Redmond location is part of the Creative Team, working with our communications department alongside our social media manager, graphic designers, and Comms Director. This role focuses on filming, editing, and creating content that tells a story, promotes or recaps an event, or elevates a live production moment.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:

• Drive positive engagement and outcomes for all oversight content, projects, and campaigns.
• Manage, develop, and maintain all oversight systems and ensure they are effectively deployed.
• Manage and maintain all oversight gear.
• Oversee all video projects from concept to filming to editing to delivery.
• Create and assist with social media content as needed.
• Work with the creative team to ensure the health and effectiveness of the department.
• Work with Redmond location team to ensure health and growth of the church.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events)
• Benefits: Accrued PTO, comprehensive insurance: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD. 403B retirement plan with employer match after year one.
• Starting pay range: $52,000 – $65,000/year DOE.
