About the Role

Reporting to the Demand Generation Director – EMEA, the Demand Generation Manager – Northern Europe is a regional leadership role responsible for driving demand generation performance and delivering marketing-generated business targets across the Northern Europe region, covering the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Norway. The role partners closely with Commercial Leadership to improve funnel health, conversion performance, forecasting accuracy, and bookings outcomes across multiple demand generation channels.

This position owns regional performance across marketing-generated demand, service-generated demand, inside supplies-generated demand, and outbound business development demand while leading a multi-disciplinary team focused on accelerating growth and maximizing commercial results.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Lead regional demand generation performance across Northern Europe, driving measurable contribution to pipeline growth and bookings.
  • Execute and localize regional demand generation strategies to align with market opportunities, commercial priorities, and growth objectives.
  • Drive execution across paid digital campaigns, SEO, website initiatives, webinars, trade shows, content marketing, service partnerships, and outbound programs.
  • Improve lead quality, funnel velocity, qualification standards, and conversion performance through disciplined performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead weekly funnel reviews, monthly business reviews, and forecasting activities to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coach and develop a team of marketing and business development professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Significant experience in demand generation, marketing leadership, commercial excellence, business development, or a related B2B growth function.
  • Proven experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation, funnel management, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, conversion optimization, and pipeline performance.
  • Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Service, and regional leadership teams.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, markets, and stakeholder groups in an international business environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Travel

This is a regional leadership position supporting the UK, Sweden, and Norway. Occasional travel across the Northern Europe region should be expected to support team collaboration, commercial alignment, and business reviews.
