Help make the web better for everyone

We're a fast-growing, self-funded SaaS platform with 4.8 customer love and a 4.8 team score. We build software that helps organizations create accessible, fast, high-quality websites. Our customers include Fortune 500 global companies, universities, and local and state government agencies around the world.

We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager in the United States who will own the campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team: planning campaigns, running them hands-on, and reporting on what they deliver. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and own campaigns, budget, and performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own the central part of our marketing engine with a lot of potential to learn and grow.

You are not inheriting an existing playbook. This is an opportunity to build it from the ground up—all the benefits of an established customer base, sales team, and selling motion with a blank slate on lead generation. Some will see that as a challenge, you’ll see it as opportunity.

Where you will work

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. You will spend 3 days per week in our Downtown Austin office, with the remaining days for focused work. Our office is dog-friendly and includes 24/7 parking. You will collaborate closely with teammates across the US, UK, Denmark, Germany, and Australia.

What you will do

  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid social and paid search.
  • Stand up and test new channels, audiences, content, and offers, primarily across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: audiences, messaging, landing pages, and follow-up
  • Track conversion from top of funnel through onboarding, tracking CAC and pipeline generated
  • Leverage unique creative perspective and cultural relevance to pitch and help refine gated content angles
  • Decide where the budget goes, move it based on performance, and track what you test
  • Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing
  • Work with content and design to build the assets your campaigns need. Work with Sales to determine the efficacy of your leads / campaigns.
  • Scale new and existing campaigns to international audiences

How you will be measured

Number of MQLs driven. Quality of MQLs measured by conversion rate. Marketing attributable pipeline. In that order.

About you

  • You have 3+ years running demand generation or growth campaigns in B2B, ideally in SaaS, even more ideally in a niche or compliance-driven market
  • You use AI but despise slop
  • You have personally built and managed paid campaigns, in-platform.
  • You are fluent with a marketing automation platform (we use HubSpot, equivalents are fine) and web analytics
  • You can give examples of the type of work you hand off to AI, the type of work where you work with AI hand-in-hand, and the type of work you refuse to let AI anywhere near
  • You have hit a lead or pipeline number you owned, and can talk through how
  • You can explain your results to leadership in plain language
  • You are detail oriented and meticulous in checking your own work
  • You are collaborative and truth-seeking: finding the right answer is more important than defending your own
  • You are fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States

Bonus points if you…

  • You pay more attention to in-stream ads than to the content around it
  • You roll your eyes at AI buzzwords
  • You have lost sleep thinking about a headline or CTA
  • You take genuine pride in knowing your funnel numbers inside and out
  • You are optimistic about the effect of AI on your future in marketing (but still cringe at bad ChatGPT design)

Compensation

  • $95,000 – $115,000

What's in it for you

  • Own real budget with real objectives, with the autonomy to decide how you hit it
  • A direct, visible line from your work to revenue
  • Report to the VP of Marketing, who wrote this description and reviews every resume the old-fashioned way.
  • Work with a team that values output, clarity, and ownership
  • Room to grow as the marketing team scales

Perks

  • A shiny new MacBook
  • Private Insurance, including Health, Dental, and Vision, plus Wellness Allowance
  • Company Sponsored 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • 20 days PTO plus holidays, increasing with tenure
  • Casual Dress Code, Flexible Schedule, Weekly Paid Lunches, and Monthly Company Outings
