Data & AI Team Overview

Our Data & AI team within Accenture Song focuses on helping clients drive performance optimisation through deep customer insights and the implementation of leading Data & AI capabilities across the Marketing and Service value chain.

The team collaborates with clients to accelerate experimentation, deepen their understanding of key customer value drivers, improve business outcomes and drive innovation across industries.

Through deep industry understanding, analysis and insights, we help our clients identify new opportunities for growth in a world increasingly powered by Data and AI. Our work spans strategy through to implementation, with Data and AI at the centre of how we help organisations transform customer and marketing outcomes.

As a Customer & Marketing Data & AI Associate Manager, you will:

  • Lead and deliver defined workstreams across customer and marketing Data & AI engagements, from problem definition and analysis through to recommendations and implementation.
  • Develop customer and marketing data strategies aligned to client priorities, helping organisations increase adoption and maximise value from their data and AI investments.
  • Analyse and synthesise complex business and data challenges, translating findings into clear recommendations, strategic roadmaps and actionable outcomes.
  • Design and deliver initiatives across areas such as customer segmentation, personalisation, predictive modelling, customer analytics and AI-enabled marketing.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, shape solutions and communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, data, technology, marketing and experience to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, taking ownership for high-quality delivery and consulting excellence across assigned workstreams.
  • Support and contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, points of view and solution development.
  • Identify opportunities to apply emerging Data & AI capabilities, including Generative AI, to improve customer, marketing and operational outcomes.
  • Support and guide junior team members, contributing to capability development and knowledge sharing across the practice.

  • Apply customer-centric analytical methods and agile ways of working to help clients drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop modern marketing strategies that enable organisations to make better decisions across customers, channels, geographies, routes to market and products.
  • Explore how digital and technology innovation is reshaping business models and identify opportunities to create new routes to growth, including through Generative AI.
  • Help transform and optimise how clients understand, engage and service their customers.
  • Deliver sustained business value through the implementation of next-generation technology, Data & AI and customer experience capabilities across the value chain.
  • Develop your consulting, client leadership and delivery capabilities while working alongside experienced Data & AI practitioners.

Here’s what you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a consulting, data, analytics or business environment, with experience delivering customer, marketing or Data & AI initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating complex data and business problems into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with programming and analytical languages such as SQL, Python and/or R, and/or data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused initiatives such as customer analytics, segmentation, personalisation, predictive modelling, marketing analytics or related Data & AI solutions.
  • Experience managing defined project workstreams and working directly with business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and recommendations clearly to client audiences.
  • Experience supporting business development activities in response to client opportunities, including contributing to proposals, presentations, points of view and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Experience working on customer-centric projects within a consulting environment or an internal data, analytics, marketing or strategy function.
  • An interest in emerging Data & AI technologies and their practical application to customer and marketing challenges.
