Position Overview

Join our Lifecycle Marketing team within Digital and eCommerce (DEC), a dynamic group spearheading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Our team activates innovative in-product experiences and capabilities, alongside marketing activities across Autodesk owned touchpoints, to improve acquisition, conversion, adoption, expansion, and renewal rates.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer. You will combine your scientific curiosity with your flair for designing targeted experiences to deploy scalable, AI-amplified strategies that deliver customer value and growth. You will report to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing. You will work remote. You will work remote.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the strategy for targeted lifecycle marketing experiences that address top renewal risks and growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle
  • Design, deliver, and improve targeted experiences that drive key leading indicators for each lifecycle stage, acting as strategic lead and project manager for cross-team experience deployments
  • Understand qualitative and quantitative customer data from multiple sources to form experiment hypotheses that can be tested through new targeted digital experiences
  • Turn insights into market-facing activity, and connect tactical activities with the business objectives and customer needs they support
  • Design and run experiments with an experimentation mindset, prioritizing quick learning cycles and valuing experimentation over confirmation
  • Examine current experience effectiveness against team core metrics, and suggest AB tests and opportunities that would drive the biggest impact on adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Operationalize AI and agentic lifecycle marketing motions, while keeping strategic experiment design, cross-functional partnership building, and interpretation of inconclusive data human-led
  • Produce presentations and report-outs for senior partners across your portfolio of projects, covering project purpose and goals, success measures, timeline, and important results

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of in-house marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Broad and deep experience in data-driven marketing experience design and activation, with a demonstrated track record of increasing customer adoption, product usage, and engagement
  • Must be in your element reviewing and understanding complex, multi-relational customer data sets
  • Able to provide clear direction to engineering and analyst teams on specific targeting and insight needs to formulate testable hypotheses
  • Experience achieving SaaS post-purchase metrics and designing experiences based on customer behavioral and product usage insights
  • Experience working with or contributing to process design requirements for marketing and customer success systems, such as customer data platforms, journey orchestration, marketing automation, and analytics
  • Experience applying, or a strong interest in applying, AI and agentic workflows to lifecycle marketing, including personalization, content generation, and analytics
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently against goals, managing a project from inception to delivery across a large partner group
  • Strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to influence and succeed in a matrixed organization
