We're looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join our EMEA team, supporting the global growth of one of the world's fastest-growing premium sportswear brands.

The RoleAs a Digital Performance Analyst, you'll support the delivery and optimisation of cross-channel digital performance across EMEA, working from our London hub.
You'll collaborate with specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO, helping transform campaign data into actionable insights that improve performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Working closely with both our European teams and colleagues in the US, you'll play an important role in ensuring campaigns are consistently measured, optimised and continuously improved across multiple markets.

What You'll Be DoingPerformance Reporting & AnalysisProduce weekly performance reports, highlighting trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisations based on data.
Support testing programmes by evaluating results and identifying future testing opportunities.
Translate complex performance data into clear, client-friendly recommendations.
Assist in delivering strategic reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews and performance presentations.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support campaign optimisation.
Campaign Performance & GovernanceMonitor and optimise digital brand safety and viewability across campaigns.
Partner with channel specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO to ensure campaigns are set up, measured and optimised consistently.
Help maintain reporting standards and governance across multiple international markets.
CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and reporting.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders by providing regular performance updates and insights.
Collaborate with teams across Europe and the US to share best practice and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking ForWe're open to candidates from a range of digital marketing backgrounds. You might currently work in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Digital Analytics or Reporting.
You'll ideally have:
6 months to 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance reporting, analytics, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic or a similar digital role.
Strong Excel skills with experience analysing and manipulating large datasets.
Experience creating reports and turning data into meaningful business insights.
A good understanding of digital marketing principles and performance metrics.
Experience using reporting or dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau would be beneficial.
Google Analytics experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
Fluent spoken and written English.
