Software Finder is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to own and optimize its HubSpot ecosystem across marketing, sales, and RevOps. This role will be responsible for building automations, maintaining CRM data integrity, and ensuring that HubSpot workflows accurately support the full funnel, from lead capture to pipeline reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot experience, a strong grasp of marketing automation and CRM best practices, and is comfortable working cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable HubSpot processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and email/nurture campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Maintain and enforce CRM data hygiene, including contact/company properties, deduplication, list segmentation, and lifecycle stage mapping.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, and email templates using HubSpot's CMS and marketing tools.
  • Set up and monitor lead scoring models, refining them continuously based on funnel performance.
  • Configure and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, ad platforms, and other third-party tools).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to translate business requirements into HubSpot workflows and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) across all HubSpot communications.
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day HubSpot support and light training to internal teams as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub (Sales Hub and/or Operations Hub experience is a plus).
  • HubSpot certification(s) preferred (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, RevOps, or Inbound certification).
  • Solid understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience with workflow logic, list segmentation, custom properties, and lifecycle/pipeline stages.
  • Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and other marketing/sales tools.
  • Comfortable working with data: building reports, interpreting metrics, and spotting data quality issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
