Our growing team has an open role for an Associate, CRM Reporting, to join the CRM and Corporate Intelligence team. The Associate, CRM Reporting, will report directly to the Senior Director, CRM & Corporate Intelligence.

This is a senior individual-contributor role that leads enterprise analytics workstreams through influence but has no direct reports. The position involves planning, developing, and executing essential operational functions within CRM platforms such as Salesforce for both divisions of Hilco Global (HG Professional Services and HG Capital Solutions and each of their specialty practices. The individual must effectively work on a range of assignments in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment, under the overall responsibility of the global company’s Chief Marketing Officer - Head of Global Business Development Operations. Importantly, the job will require active engagement with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Communications, the Senior Director of CRM & Corporate Intelligence, the Associate Director of CRM, various associates, and analysts across departments and divisions as necessary. This position combines data analytics and thoughtful analysis of the CRM and adjacent data to provide business-building industry insights. The role will tap into Hilco Global's overall data strategy, which includes the Data Lake, Salesforce, Workday, and many other syndicated data sources to promote business development and drive Hilco's enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver enterprise CRM reporting and executive insights. Own recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages and Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate results, timely delivery, and consistent KPI definitions. Perform ad hoc commercial analyses and translate findings into concise executive narratives with clear risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Strengthen pipeline intelligence and forecasting. Analyze pipeline health by practice, stage, owner, deal team, and originator, including conversion rates, sales-cycle length, average deal size, and win rates. Produce revenue outlooks from current engagements, weighted pipeline, recurring business, and historical conversion; reconcile forecasts to actuals and explain material variances.
  • Measure business development and marketing effectiveness. Develop ROI and attribution analyses for firms, contacts, business developers, events, meetings, referrals, and originated revenue. Build practical contact- and event-value scoring frameworks and document attribution rules, assumptions, and limitations.
  • Integrate and govern commercial data. Combine Salesforce, Workday, enterprise data-platform, and external-source data; perform reconciliation, quality checks, and documentation of business rules, definitions, and lineage. Automate repeatable data preparation and reporting workflows using Power BI, Power Query/DAX, SQL, AI, Excel, and other approved tools.
  • Transform data into decision support and corporate intelligence. Develop company, account, and relationship insights; support predictive and AI-assisted analytics with validation, source traceability, and appropriate human review. Lead assigned analytics workstreams from requirements through testing and rollout, coordinate stakeholders, and provide informal guidance to analysts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Three or more years of progressive experience in CRM analytics, business intelligence, revenue or sales operations, financial analysis, or commercial reporting.
  • Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including multi-source data reconciliation and executive-ready analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data, plus exposure to an ERP, finance system, data warehouse, or enterprise data platform; Workday is preferred.
  • Experience automating recurring reporting workflows and maintaining documented datasets, business rules, and quality controls.
  • Applied experience with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, ROI, attribution, customer, or relationship analytics.
  • Strong communication and workstream-management skills, with the ability to explain assumptions and limitations, meet deadlines, collaborate across functions, and handle confidential information.
  • Experience with Python, Tableau, Oracle, external market-data platforms, financial or professional services, and approved AI-assisted analytics tools is preferred.

Annual base salary gross: $70,000-$90,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco’s total compensation package for employees.
