CRM Reactivation Executive

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Reactivation Executive to join our CRM team in our Malta office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the iGaming industry. If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Contacting existing players to support reactivation initiatives.
• Building positive relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
• Supporting the execution of CRM campaigns and promotions.
• Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Assisting the CRM team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Working with Microsoft Office and internal systems to support team activities.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage but not essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, CRM, or iGaming is beneficial, but we welcome candidates with the right attitude and potential.
