CRM Product Manager

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Product/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in CRM Product Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe CRM solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CRM product strategy and delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ensure successful implementation and integration of Adobe CRM solutions.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and leadership.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Visa: USC / GC Only
• Strong experience with Adobe CRM / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly preferred.
